Privacy
What this site knows about you, and what we do with it.
In short
This site shows no ads, does not measure its audience and does not follow you from site to site. It loads nothing from other servers: its fonts, photos and videos are its own. What you write to us is used to answer you, and nothing else.
Who looks after it
Your data is the band’s responsibility, represented by Zlatko Milacic:
Shamelessc/o Zlatko Milacic
contact@shamelessrock.ch
When you visit the site
Like any server, our host’s records each visit in technical logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for and your browser. They keep the site secure and working, and the host deletes them after a while.
Cookie
The site sets a single, technical cookie: a session cookie, when you open the contact page (it protects the form) and when a band member signs in to the admin area. It is deleted when you close your browser. No other cookie, no tracker.
When you write to us
The contact form emails us your name, your email address and your message, at contact@shamelessrock.ch. The site itself keeps nothing of it. To stop anyone flooding our mailbox, it only remembers your IP address for a quarter of an hour, to count what you send.
We keep your messages, and those you send us directly, for two years at most in our mailbox, then delete them. They are used to answer you and to organise a concert with you. We pass them on to no one and add you to no list.
When you book us
For a concert, we prepare a contract with the organiser’s details: name, address, email and phone. We keep them, with the contract, as long as the concert and its accounts require.
Where your data is
In Switzerland, with our host Infomaniak, which hosts the site and our mailbox.
Our pages elsewhere
Our Instagram and Facebook pages are plain links: the site loads nothing from these networks. If you follow them, their own privacy rules apply.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask us what we know about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to us at contact@shamelessrock.ch. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
